This splendid villa of 210 m² on a plot of 530 m² was built in 2020. With its 4 bedrooms (+ 1 extra bedroom), this magnificent villa offers you a panoramic view of the Indian Ocean and the sunsets. With its beautiful terrace, its infinity pool (12 m x 3 m - depth 1.4 m), its jacuzzi, it offers you an ideal setting for your holiday on the island of Reunion.

The pool has a space of 2 m by 3 m with a depth of 35 cm, ideal for children.


The pool is heated from May to October between 27 and 29°C (depending on weather conditions).

On the terrace, a dining table awaits you for meals in front of this magical setting. A gas barbecue is also available.

The villa is secured (fence + automatic access gate), and has a parking space inside the property and the possibility to park outside, in front of the villa.

On two levels, the villa offers a beautiful living area with an American kitchen, a dining room, and a living room (flat screen TV and Wi-Fi internet access), completely open to the outside and the breathtaking view of the ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, electric induction hob, toaster, kettle, etc.).

Fully furnished with quality furniture from Bali, this apartment offers on the ground floor a separate air-conditioned bedroom (with double bed of 160) with an en-suite bathroom (including an indoor and outdoor shower) and a separate toilet.
The floor has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (with double bed of 160), 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. A small air-conditioned room with a sofa bed is also available for children.

The 4 main bedrooms offer a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean.

The capacity is 10 people of which 8 adults maximum.

The villa also has a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The villa is located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, at Mont Roquefeuil. The area is quiet and residential and you will appreciate the proximity of many nearby services less than 300 m from the villa (supermarket, bakery, butcher and pharmacy).

The city centre of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains is less than a 5-minute drive away with many shops and restaurants.

The white sandy beaches and the secured lagoon are a 6-minute drive away. You can dive admire the multicolored fish with a simple mask. Guests can also enjoy a sandy cocktail in the many restaurants along the lagoon.

Treat yourself to an enchanted parenthesis on the island of Reunion with this accommodation. Located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, a reference seaside resort on the west coast with a unique microclimate, you will enjoy the lagoon and its nautical activities, while radiating easily on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, the 3 circuses, etc.).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Rental of 5 days minimum.

Security deposit: 2000 euros

A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.

Entrance time: between 3pm and 7pm.
Exit time: between 8am and 11am.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and/or after.

In case of late arrival (after 7pm) or early departure (before 8am), please let us know (an extra charge of € 50 will be required upon arrival).
