TOSCANA LUXURY VILLA SUITE CHIANTI 6 PERS. POOL GARDEN

Situated at the top floor of a magnificent villa built between the XVIth and XVIIth century, the Suite offers a breathtaking view of the hills around Florence as well as the 7500 sq beautiful Italian garden of the estate. The guests can access the park of the villa through a private gate at 10 meters from the front door of the apartment. The garden is adorned by a charming swimming pool (size 12,50x6,50x2,50 meters not fenced off) furnished by deckchairs, changing room and a toilet. Nearby there is also a pleasant terraced dining area only for guests, which is an amazing place to have dinner at the open air.
The villa hosted notable people in the past years and among them we remember Princess Adelaide of Savoy who owned this estate until 1962.

Please note that the swimming pool together with the garden are shared with the owner and his family who live on the same estate, but privacy is guaranteed.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
The Suite has been totally renovated by the owner between 2016 and 2017, and together with the help of a young architect has personally furnished the apartment connecting past and present with a balanced mixture of styles particularly oriented on interior design of the 70's.

The apartment has a private entrance and is located at the first floor of the property (18 steps , no elevator).

First floor:
A small hall welcomes the guests in the apartment with a hallway leading to a wide and bright living area with selected design furniture and decorated by paintings and other remarkable art works. The sitting room is set near the windows (all of them overlooking the garden) and is made up of a cozy sofa with 2 armchairs. In the same area there is also the dining room furnished by a round table for 6 people and a modern open-space marble kitchen fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezeer, toaster, coffe machine, Nespresso, squeezer etc.)
From the living room there is the access to the amazing terrace which boasts a breathtaking view of the hills around Florence as well as the garden below. Follows a twin bedroom (beds joinable) introduced by a living room. The bedroom is on a loft (climb 6 steps) and is completed by a wide bathroom wih sink, shower, tub and a relaxing area. Complete the area a guest bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink) and a laundry equipped by sink, washing machine and dryer.
From the hall at the entrance there is a second hallway on the right which leads to the sleeping area made up of 2 bedrooms set as follows:
1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double sink, tub and separate shower; the master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sink, tub and separate shower.
Please note that all the windows of th apartment overlook the garden and the hills, keeping all the rooms very bright and extremely quiet.
On the estate there are also 2 other apartments, which are now rented for long-term, but privacy is guaranteed.

Parking: the property has 1 garage (40sqm) for 1 car. Another car can be parked along the road.
