- an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm and a closet, giving access directly to the garden terrace
- a living room with a sofa bed facing the TV
- a kitchen

- a separate shower room
- a separate toilet

The kitchen has: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc. All kitchen utensils and equipment are at your disposal.

Upstairs :
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm
- an air-conditioned mezzanine with a double bed 140x190cm

The rooms and common areas are air conditioned to ensure all the necessary comfort in any season.

At your disposal :
- Linen (sheets, towels and pool towels, tea towels)
- Free wifi internet connection
- Washing machine
- Iron and ironing board

Around the house, a beautiful veranda houses a summer lounge and a large table for meals. The place is ideal to enjoy a moment of sharing with family or friends, in a relaxing and quiet.

In any season, you will also have an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas hob, a sink, a barbecue and access to a second covered terrace with a beautiful dining table.

The garden of 1000m ² is not overlooked. The villa is fenced and closed by a gate.

Possibility to park 3 cars inside.

The salt pool secured by an alarm is under the sole responsibility of the parents. Weekly maintenance by an outside company has been planned.

This villa is nearby (100 meters, 1 min walk) from the beautiful beach of Saline-les-Bains. Located in the residential area of Domaine de l'Ermitage, with all shops within walking distance (Leader Price, bakery, shopping, restaurants, etc.) or 3 minutes by car (other local shops, the Post Office, gas station, etc.).

This beautiful location is the ideal place to relax and is also ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island ... the three circuses (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all sports activities (snorkeling, transparent kayaking, boat rental, big game fishing, whale and dolphin watching, horseback riding, canyoning, paragliding, helicopter flight, etc.)
