This beautiful modern villa of 160m² is located in a very popular area in the heart of Etang-Salé-les-bains, 300 m from the lagoon and close to the main points of interest of the town. The hardest part will be choosing between the magnificent Etang Salé forest and its sports courses, the golf course, the long wild beach of black sand, and the lagoon to observe fish, rays and turtles. Halfway between the lagoons of St-Pierre in the South and the Saline in the West, it is also the ideal starting point for all your excursions on the island and spend a dream holiday. Perfect for 8 people (+ 2 babies), it is spacious and bright and everything to delight your stay: 4 bedrooms, a superb quartzite pool, and a beautiful landscaped tropical garden

- 1 nice wooden deck lined with careful tropical vegetation

- 1 beautiful veranda with large dining table and sitting area

- 1 garden with Weber barbecue

Note: During your stay, Miko, the little cat of the family, will be part of your holiday. It does not require much attention, but some croquettes and cuddles every day will be more than appreciated. Thank you in advance:-)

The pool 9 x 3.50m has a protection system (removable barriers) but it is not monitored and remains under the full responsibility of the tenant who will have to ensure the supervision especially that of the children.

Situation and environment

At less than 2 minutes walk, you can go to the fishmonger to enjoy the fishing of the day and the corner, the organic bakery Coté-Pain and the best artisanal glacier of the island (I recommend honey-ginger or lemon-basil). Bus stops, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, pharmacy, medical center, primeur, supermarket, post office, wine cellar, and restaurants within a 5 min walk.
