The Villa is a pretty villegiatura with a private swimming pool in Chianti which offers its guests an unforgettable luxury experience.

Very nice property in a strategic position halfway between Florence and Siena. Large garden for all 'fresco evenings, equipped with a barbecue area that will enhance the flavors of your summer meals, a beautiful fireplace that will make the atmosphere warm and welcoming during the coldest days. The villa is furnished with taste and care. Large well maintained garden with beautiful swimming pool in panoramic position. The Villa, composed of a main body and an outbuilding for a total of 12 beds, is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves (tasting in the cellars of the estate).
The geographical position makes it easy to visit the main centers of interest in Tuscany such as Florence, San Gimignano and the Chianti Classico region with its beautiful villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.).
Access to the property via a short stretch of unpaved road in good condition.

At guests' disposal: large, well-kept garden with private, irregularly shaped swimming pool (approx. 16 x 11m - depth: 0.50 / 1.40m - open from 01/04 to 30/10), external shower (hot water), cloakroom and WC near the swimming pool, barbecue, pavilion and wood oven. Wi-Fi Internet connection (free use) in the villa. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
