The housing
The villa has a very wooded garden, which gives all its charm to the house. A beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers to fully enjoy your swimming moments. At your disposal a barbecue to enhance your days in the sun.
You will find 3 double bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and dressing room and two other single rooms with a shared bathroom (Italian shower for both).
All rooms are air-conditioned and the TV area, where the two extra single beds are located.
The villa has a beautiful and spacious equipped kitchen to meet you when preparing your small dishes.

Passenger access
You can park 3 cars on the property.
Electric gate with digicode.

Other remarks
IMPORTANT: a housekeeper is present 3 times a week: Monday Wednesday and Friday. Housekeeping is provided. But we ask you to take care of the house, Rose May is present to maintain the house and not to store your belongings.
If you do not take a cleaning package, we will take a deposit check of 150 € (in addition to the 2,500 € deposit of the house) if we find the house in a bad condition.
