You will be seduced by its modernity, its beautiful facilities and its swimming pool. The rooms and cocooning spaces are cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have linen, air conditioning, internet+ television. BBQ+outdoor kitchen.

The housing
The Villa is in the heart of Saint Gilles, close to the pedestrian square of Roches Noires, the beach and the marina.
The relevant sliding system will allow you to open the entire kitchen living area and live there as if you were outside and access to the pool.
The little plus, is the outdoor kitchen with its BBQ.

Passenger access
Access is easy and direct to the property. We have a sliding gate with a parking space.
The pool area is secure.

Other remarks
We will ask you to respect the rules of procedure please and to make the house in a proper condition. Bail could be claimed in the event of a problem.
