This holiday apartment is located on the top floor of a semi-detached house in a residential district of Comiso, a short distance from the airport. The owner occasionally lives on the lower floor. All amenities such as gazebo, barbecue, swimming pool (depth from 140 cm to 280 cm) and outdoor spaces are available exclusively to guests. The accommodation is carefully decorated. The owner offers free use of bikes, in the garden a corner is equipped for children with a slide, swing and playhouse, while for adults there is a basketball hoop, ping-pong table, small boccia green (grass). A small shaded gazebo surrounded by citrus fruits is at your disposal for your moments of relaxation. The house is located in Comiso (the ancient "Kasmeneo"), a place rich in history and curiosities to explore. The location is a good starting point to visit the most interesting places in this part of Sicily, the road SS514 is at just 2 km and connects Catania with Syracuse and with the most interesting tourist sites such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto and Caltagirone, all within a few kilometers. If you wish to spend a few days at the beach, at about 15 km is the Iblea coasts with long sandy beaches and crystal clear sea (awarded the blue flag for the good quality of the sea water).
