Villa with private pool on a 3 hectare estate, 15km from Aix-en-Provence. This property has two terraces on each side of the house and the swimming pool is in the middle of the orchard without vis-à-vis 50m from the house. 1 km away is Château La Coste, where you can do wine tastings and visit art exhibitions surrounded by nature. The neighboring village is typically Provençal, ideally located in the Bouches-du-Rhône to go to La Roque d'Anthéron at 15km, or to Aix-en-Provence with its museums, pretty alleys with chic boutiques and gourmet restaurants. 30 minutes by car, you will be at the gates of the Luberon and its "most beautiful villages of France" such as Ansouis or Lourmarin. Finally, for lovers of the sea, you will be 50km from the beaches of Marseille or the Blue Coast. One of the bedrooms is located in an annex part of the house with an independent entrance and toilets. Access to the house is via an unpaved dirt road.
