A dream come true for true Tuscan lovers: here you will stay in the main square of the charming Renaissance town of Monte San Savino, in an authentic historic building. In fact - a special living experience: On the ground floor you reach through the noble entrance the dining room with exit to the small terrace, kitchen, toilet and... the big salon with wall-paintings overlooking the Italian garden of the historic Town Hall Palace. The bedrooms are located in the upper two floors, there is also a second living room with TV, a yoga or playroom and on the top floor, directly under the roof, another cozy living room overlooking the rooftops. Monte San Savino is a small town, where it is quiet, but there is nothing missing: There are shops of all kinds, good restaurants and taverns, bars, ice cream parlors and on Wednesdays you will find at the weekly market pretty much everything your heart desires. In the summer months, classical concerts take place in the urban rose garden. The town of Arezzo is just a jump away (15 km), also reachable by train: Enjoy the old Etruscan town while strolling through the streets of the city center, visiting the remarkable cathedral, the venerable parish church and the church of San Francesco with the frescoes by Piero della Francesca. In June and September, on the main square Piazza Grande, the medieval equestrian games "Giostra del Saracino" take place; every first weekend of the month, the whole old town is colorfully animated by the large national antiques market. Also: Cortona (35 km), Siena (40 km), Montepulciano (40 km), Pienza (50 km) and Lake Trasimeno (40 km) - all within easy reach in less than an hour. And in the evening then: "homecoming" in your own house, where from the dining room, with a good glass of wine, you can directly participate at life in the city square. Well then: cheers!
