Wonderful and exclusive holiday home with swimming pool and wellness area (whirlpool and sauna), located just a few minutes walk from the historic center of Sarzana and only 7 km from Lerici, surrounded by large green areas where young guests can have fun while you relax under the patio or comfortably lying on the sun beds. Less than half an hour by car are the splendid beaches that enchanted the English poets Byron and Shelley: a coast of a thousand colours, unique and evocative with its green hills and crystal clear water. Lerici dominating the entire gulf and the castle whose profiles are reflected in the sea ... From here you can start by boat to discover the villages of Cinque Terre, passing from Portovenere and the island Palmaria (UNESCO sites). The charming village of Montemarcello is easily reachable by car, from its center start countless paths for trekking and bike lovers. The center of the lively town of Sarzana is about 400 m: the heart of Sarzana is characterized by lively alleys in both summer and winter, thanks to the antique shops, shops, small restaurants and trattorias where you can taste an aperitif in the summer evenings and the typical Ligurian flavours (pesto, farinata and panissa) ... In September the "Festival della Mente" dedicated to creativity is organized in the historical center. The coast of Versilia with its beaches and the prestigious Forte dei Marmi can be reached in less than an hour. But do not forget to visit the small town of Pietrasanta, called "Little Athens", a perfect destination for art lovers and a center of attraction for artists from all over the world. Also not to be missed is an excursion to the "straits of Giaredo", deep canyons excavated by the Gordona torrent that will amaze you by the contrast of the colours of the rocks with the crystalline waters. Upstairs three bedrooms are all equipped with private bathroom (one with a Jacuzzi), for lovers of privacy a further double bedroom with bathroom is accessible only by an external staircase.
