The house is on two levels with external access only. A beautiful terrace is available on the first floor. There are countless possibilities for fun and entertainment for everyone: for bicycle lovers there is the famous 24 km long Sanremo cycle path built entirely on an old railway line. For bike and trekking lovers, there are many trails starting from the first hills of the area. The town of Cervo with its medieval walls is less than 10 km from here. In just over half an hour you can reach the French Riviera: Mentone (66 Km), Montecarlo (73 Km) and just before, the Balzi Rossi beaches with their uncontaminated nature and crystal clear waters. The botanical gardens of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi are about 60 km from here. Do not miss a boat trip in search of dolphins and whales in their natural habitat in the International Cetacean Sanctuary. An apartment with independent entrance is reserved for the caretaker for the pool and garden maintenance.
