Beautiful holiday home with heated whirlpool and sea views, about 5.5 km from Sanremo. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a toilet, that are on the ground floor, while on the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms of which 2 communicate with each other, and two bathrooms. From one of the bedrooms you have access to the outdoor area, where you can enjoy romantic breakfasts while admiring the sea. Outside there are also a barbecue, a pizza oven, an outdoor living room with solar panels (for charging the mobile phone), volleyball and badminton net. In the garden you can sunbathe while admiring the sea! The area is ideal for your beach holiday in the area of Sanremo, the famous city of flowers, or for exploring the nearby Côte d'Azur. Near the French border, you should visit the famous Hanbury Botanical Gardens and the Balzi Rossi area! For bike lovers: the longest cycle path in Europe starts on the coast of Sanremo. It is about 20 km long and leads to San Lorenzo al Mare, with its wide sandy beaches. The renowned downhill and motocross slopes, as well as the CAI (Italian Alpine Club) trekking routes of Monte Bignone, which are popular with hiking and Nordic walking fans, also meander near the house.
