In a raised position with a spectacular view of the Cilento sea lies this beautiful holiday home built with the typical Cilento stone.

The property is located on a hill overlooking the village of San Marco di Castellabate (about 800 m, reachable on foot).

The house has been created from an old farmhouse carefully restored maintaining the characteristic materials, exposed wooden beams and ceramic floors. The house consists of a living room kitchen and seven bedrooms, all with access only from the outside and not connected internally, and all rented together as IKC566, perfect for groups of friends. In an outbuilding below the villa and completely isolated from the central building, there is a small apartment where the keyholder stays, who takes care of the daily maintenance of the villa, the swimming pool and the garden.

In the main building there are seven bedrooms, one of which contains a mezzanine with two beds, and another with an additional double sofa bed.

The wide open spaces with magnificent panorama are equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.

The location is perfect to reach some of the most interesting places of the Cilento as Castellabate and its characteristic historical center at 4 km, Acciaroli at 12 km and Paestum at 30 km. For your excursions you can not miss a visit to the Amalfi Coast at 100 km, Pompeii at 110 km and the marvelous city of Naples which is about 150 km away.
