Located on the beautiful Yal Ku lagoon in Akumal is Yalku Lagoon Villa, a perfect choice for large groups of family and friends.

The view of the Caribbean from Yalku Lagoon Villa is breathtaking. The patios are also one of the best places in Akumal to enjoy the sunrises and full moon. Windows along the entire lagoon side of the home make this a very bright and open villa.

Yalku Lagoon Villa offers three large bedrooms in the main villa, each with ocean and lagoon view and two additional bedrooms in the poolside guest house.

On the ground level, Yalku Lagoon Villa features a sitting and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with two double beds and two full baths. Each bedroom is air conditioned. Off of the dining area, pass through french doors to the large lower patio area overlooking Yal-Ku Lagoon. This is a great space for outdoor dining or entertaining. Teak wood lounge chairs and hammock are provided for relaxing or reading a book. From the lower patio, Yal-Ku Lagoon is just a few steps down the coral path.

On the upper level of Yalku Lagoon Villa you will find the master bedroom with private study and A/C. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. Off of the sleeping area of master bedroom you will also find the master bath, with closets and a safe for your use.

There are 2 additional bedrooms in the guesthouse as well as its own separate living area with a galley kitchen that is situated in the garden area. One bedroom has a queen and the other has 1 double and 1 single bed with a shared bath. Yalku Lagoon Villa provides a great deal of space for your large group!
