The living room consists of two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The kitchen overlooks the main living room with a small bar and a dining room. It has been recently renovated and equipped with modern appliances. Everything you need to start your day in the parks or golfing early in the morning. All kitchen equipment is included during your stay. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. Two other bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for 3 children. The large private heated pool is a great way to cool off on a hot day in Florida or relax after a long day in the parks. The patio is equipped with 2 large tables and chairs, which gives you the choice of enjoying the sun or the shade. Both areas are perfect for early morning sunrise breakfasts, evening dinners under the stars or just for lounging. Full laundry capacities with large modern washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are also included.

Located in the golf community of Southern Dunes Gated. Easy access to Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, Lego Land, International Drive as well as many other great theme parks are just 15 minutes away. The NBA Orlando Magic and the MLB Tampa Rays, the NHL Tampa Bay Lightning and the Orlando City Lions are a short drive away. Posner Park, Publix, Target, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS are all in the area, as well as many popular chain restaurants. Florida Mall and Millennia Mall offer great shopping experiences.
