Charming vacation rental of 100 m² with 3 bedrooms, this villa offers the ideal setting for your vacation.
A gate will allow you to arrive directly on the white sand of the magnificent La Saline-les-Bains beach, with its lagoon where you can admire multicolored fish with a simple mask.
The sunsets facing the house and the proximity of restaurants directly accessible by foot from the beach complete the charm of this seasonal rental.
The covered terrace with its garden furniture and the outdoor table will allow you to taste the sweet life of the islands. A barbecue is at your disposal for grilling, as well as an outdoor shower to easily rinse off when coming back from the beach.
The property is completely fenced, and two parking spaces will be reserved for you in the parking lot of the residence.

INSIDE

With its 100 m² spread over 2 levels, the villa offers a neat decoration and a setting conducive to idleness.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living space with living room, dining room and American kitchen. The living room opens onto the terrace and outside, and offers a very beautiful view of the Indian Ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, poured coffee machine, hotplates, toaster, kettle, etc.).
The house has a TV and WiFi internet access.
The ground floor also hosts two air-conditioned bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom, and an independent WC. One of the bedrooms has a very nice view of the ocean.
Access to the upper floor is via a staircase, where a large air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom awaits you.
The house also has a laundry area with a washing machine and a toilet, in a small wooden chalet located outside, on the south facade of the house.

ENVIRONMENT / DISTRICT
The house is located in La Saline-les-Bains, facing the beach and the most beautiful lagoon of Reunion Island.
Located in a residence, it is semi-detached with other accommodation on its north facade.
The area is residential and you will appreciate the many beach restaurants accessible directly on foot by the beach (Planch’Alizé and Copacabana) about 100 m from the house. These places are perfect for a cocktail and dine with your feet in the sand while watching the sunset in the Indian Ocean.

The town center of La Saline-les-Bains is 350 m away with its bakery, its tobacco / press, its pharmacy… One kilometer further on, you will also find a supermarket.

This holiday home is located in the seaside resort on the west coast of Reunion with a unique microclimate (300 days of sunshine per year). You will enjoy the lagoon, sunsets, nautical activities, while easily radiating on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, the 3 circuses: Mafate, Salazie and Cilaos). You can only enjoy the few steps you can take to dive and relax in the lagoon after a great day of exploring Reunion's landscapes.
