This Villa has one of the most spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and district views of Silver Sands and Jamaica's north coast.
All 4 bedrooms plus children's room are tastefully furnished, air conditioned, and have their own ensuite bathroom. Located only 30 minutes from Montego Bay, you can enjoy Jamaica's old charm, yet be close to Montego Bay's activities.

This villa is located within walking distance to the market town of Duncans, where you will find all amenities, groceries, local markets and a famous old clock which remains a landmark for many Jamaicans.

Enjoy the private swimming pool which faces south, and a large furnished verandah with spectacular view of the north - The view is one of the most spectacular in Jamaica - Beautiful manicured gardens and the blue azures of the Caribbean Sea.

Villa has cable TV, DVD and CD player. Each bedroom has its own TV. The villa sleeps 8 adults and 2 children. Villa also equipped with high chair, stroller for kids.

Villa guests have access to two beaches. One is at Silver Sands (by special arrangement), access and free and also the Villa owner's private beach at Braco property.

Staff are chef/main housekeeper - Velma who is a gourmet cook. Our special staff are: Laundress/Angela, Groudsman/poolman: Sydney, Driver/tour guide: Mr Wilson, Night security watchman.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with bidet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, television, telephone. It also has a smaller room which is perfect for kids - this also has its own bathroom.

Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite bathroom with bidet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Television and telephone.

Bedroom 3: Two double beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and bathroom which is just across the hall - brand new renovations.

Bedroom 4: Two double beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and ensuite bathroom.
One of the beaches that our driver can take you to is Silver Sands. This is a 5 minute drive away.
