The property was carefully restored in 2014, completely fenced; the front of the Villa offers a covered veranda with open area to the beach.
In the back of the Villa, parking area for 3 or 4 cars, plus an outside sink and washing line.
On the ground floor large and bright day space with big kitchen. dining room, lounge (glass door onto a veranda to eat and relax), double bedroom with bathroom and shower.
First floor accessible by a wide inside staircase, large double bedroom (otional third bed), wide French door to a balcony with sea view ( the sea is less than 30 metres away).; second double bedroom with a bathroom and shower (on the same floor but completely independent), third attic bedroom with sea view and private bathroom & shower.

Wir haben das Haus mit 8 Personen über Ostern gemietet. Es entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Gelände ist komplett eingezäunt. Bei Fragen stand der Besitzer immer sofort zur Stelle und hat weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Strand war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir werden es gerne wieder mieten!

We - 4 adults, 2 toddlers - passed great two weeks in the Villa. The big living room, the different bedrooms and the very well equipped kitchen made us feel like home. Outside is just perfect: There are different places to stay to eat or to just hang around. The kids could run around the house and on the place in front of the house. On arrival and on departure everything worked perfectly well, very warm welcome. All toghether a beautiful, quiet place with great view. We hope to be back next year, thanks for everything!
