The Villa is in a quiet area but not isolated, just 1 km from a sandy beach and 5 minutes from the pretty towns of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. The swimming pool (14x4mt) is facing the sea with wooden flooring, sunbeds and chairs.
Two covered terraces on the upper part of the Villa offer a breathtaking view to the eastern part of the Island and the sea, with a solarium and everything you need to relax.
The Villa is built on two levels and cancomfortably host 12 people , in 6 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, plus 6 people in extra beds. In addition: two guest bathrooms.
The first floor consist of a large bright day area with a fireplace which faces two spectacular loggias were to eat open air, conveniently near to the kitchen. Both loggias enjoy a spectacular sea view. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer. The upper floor has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed + double bed (separated from the living room by a darkening curtain), adjoining bathroom; additional bathroom on the upper floor (living room). Internal staircase to access the ground floor and the swimming pool. On this floor 5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, a fitness area besides the swimming pool,a bathroom and a laundry room.
