This region, Cortona and Valdichiana in southern Tuscany offer all the natural, historical and gastonomic resources typical of this beautiful province.

The property includes a splendid swimming pool to entertain friends or family, a beautiful fireplace for exceptional evenings, a large garden with a barbecue area ideal during the summer season. Located at a short distance of a small village (900m) easily accessible on foot, the villa enjoys a quiet but panoramic position, in the heart of a small vineyard of 7ha where you can buy local products.

10km Arezzo railway station (links with Rome and Florence).
Access road to the property with a stretch of about 200m un-tarred but in good condition.

At guests' disposal: large garden equipped with private pool (6 x 12m - depth: 1.40m / 2.40m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) located approx. 20m from the house. Large pergola shaded by vine and equipped with barbecue and wood oven for outdoor dining. Laundry (washing machine, iron and ironing board). Ceiling or mobile fan in each bedroom. Internet connection (WI-FI). Covered parking (150m2).
Extra services: baby cot and high chair (free of charge - to be requested at time of booking), domestic help (€ 10, - / hour - payable locally). Possibility to buy the products of the estate and small objects made by the owner. On request, Tuscan meals service at home.

Ground floor: entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen (oven, microwave freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with filters) with fireplace and access to covered terrace, bedroom with 2 single beds place (possibility of twin beds), bathroom with shower.
First floor: 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, a room with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower.
