This fantastic villa is located only 6 minutes by car from Moraira, and from the beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés.

At l´étage main are the fully equipped fitted kitchen, a pleasant dining room, two bright bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Room #1 has a double bed and direct access to the pool. Room #2 offers two single beds and a beautiful view of the garden. Both bedrooms have built-in closets, air conditioning and share bathroom #1.

On the first floor is room #3 with en suite bathroom #2, it has a conditioned d´air and d´une relaxation area on its private balcony. This room is very spacious with a double bed and a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Bedroom #4 has a bathroom in suite #4 and a private lounge. This room is located in an annex and can be accessed at s´accède by going down a staircase next to the pool.
It is nicely decorated and also has an integrated closet and air conditioning. C´est the only room that does not have a view.

L´extérieur of this villa offers a covered glass terrace with large convivial table, a large terrace at l´air free with private swimming pool, outdoor bathroom #5, a barbecue and comfortable deckchairs to relax in the sun.

The property has WIFI and two parking spaces.
