Its interior will surprise you with its wooden beams, terracotta floors and architectural details.

Located less than 7 minutes walk from the famous Portet beach, known worldwide for its turquoise waters, its quiet sandy beach, ideal for children thanks to its low depth. The ideal place to enjoy a holiday in the sun!

The garden, swimming pool, large chill-out terraces, south-west facing, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The swimming pool is fenced for the safety of the little ones. Next to the pool you will find a large brick barbecue and a covered terrace for meals with family or friends.

The house is spread over 2 floors. On the first floor an independent kitchen, very spacious and bright. It opens directly onto the garden and a terrace. Just next door you will find the lounge/dining room: wooden furniture and a stone fireplace give a traditional touch to the house. On the same floor is bedroom #1 with a single bed and bedroom #2 with a 150 cm double bed. Both bedrooms share bathroom #1 with shower. In addition, there is room #3 with a double bed and room #4 with two 90 cm single beds. These two bedrooms share bathroom #2 with shower.

On the second floor you will find two welcoming rooms. Room #6 with double trundle bed will surprise you with its neat decoration and pleasant view over the garden. At the end of the corridor is bedroom #5 with an impressive dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub and view over the garden. Both rooms share a small covered balcony, ideal for a romantic breakfast.
