This magnificent house is located in a privileged site, Cala Baladrar, one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Blanca. It is only 5 minutes from the charming fishing village of Moraira, renowned for its spectacular fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.

The advantageous location of the villa, BORDER OF WATER and at the top of a small cliff, will allow you to enjoy IMPRENABLE PANORAMIC VIEWS on the sea and on the Peñon d' Ifach Natural Park. The villa has more than one DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH, you will only have to take a few steps to reach the clear waters of this tranquil cove, ideal for exploring the region's abundant underwater fauna and flora.

The villa has large terraces with different trees and plants, where you can enjoy a family meal while admiring the sea and letting yourself be caressed by the sea breeze. The house also has a large outdoor patio, the ideal place to take a nap in the shade, rocked by the lapping waves.

The main house is divided into 2 floors connected by an internal staircase. On the upper floor are 3 double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning (two of them with double bed and the third with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. All 3 rooms offer magnificent panoramic views of the sea and the two double rooms each have a pleasant balcony. On the lower floor is room number 4, also equipped with air conditioning and its bathroom with shower is attached. The fifth bedroom also offers l´air-conditioned and en suite shower room, it is located in an annex building to the house and has its own independent access.

The kitchen is modern and has a large pantry. It opens on the one hand on the living-dining room and on the other hand on the outside, the barbecue and a large covered outdoor living room. The kitchen also provides access to the front terrace, which offers the best sea views of the entire house.

The terracotta floors, exposed beams in raw wood, antique furniture and exquisite decoration give this traditional villa a lot of character and make it a warm and welcoming house.
