Welcome to this spectacular house with a private swimming pool in Cullera that can accommodate up to 16 people.
Its exterior construction is very simple and welcoming and offers a magnificent view of the countryside and mountains. The terraces allow you to enjoy pleasant moments, whether it is breakfast, sunbathing on the 10 sun loungers or preparing delicious barbecues.

The villa is built on 6 floors. At the entrance, the ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet.
At the bottom of the stairs, the first floor offers the main room of the house, which is a large kitchen-living-dining room, equipped with a large sofa, satellite TV, DVD, fireplace, table and kitchen with a large island with induction hobs.
There is also a second lounge-library where you can log out by reading.
On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a living room with TV and access to another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with hydro-massage shower.
On the 3rd floor is another room with a large table, toilets and laundry room, equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor, going up the stairs, there are two other bedrooms, one with a nest bed and the other with a double bed, a whirlpool bath in the same room and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, there is a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the last two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed.
There are 4 bedrooms with cupboards, 2 without and 1 with dressing room.
Two camp beds and two high chairs are available.
The house is fully air-conditioned.

Cullera is a beautiful village, between the banks of the river Júcar and the Mediterranean Sea, with many services, leisure and entertainment and renowned cuisine. Moreover, it is only a few minutes by car from the sea.

The property is only 5 km from Cullera Beach. If you are a water sports enthusiast, they also have their place on the beaches of Cap Blanc, San Antonio, Racó or Marenyet. And if you like golf, the nearest one is about 20 km away, at Parador El Saler.
