The Villa is located on a cliff on the northern tip of Koh Samui, and offers views of the bay.
It has a beautiful garden that descend to a private cove, a white sand beach and even a natural rock pool that is accessible, except during seasonal tides.

There are a total of 8 rooms at the Villa, located in 3 different pavilions.
The main villa has 4 bedrooms with bathroom.
Two of these rooms are located downstairs and have bathroom with bathtub.
One of these suites has been specially designed to give access to wheelchair users.
The third suite is located upstairs with breathtaking views of the bay.
It has a bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
A fourth bedroom also has its own bathroom.
The second pavilion, the Villa has 2 bedrooms, each with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
The third, the Villa, has a suite with an adjacent children's room.
The bathroom has a large bathtub and a terrace overlooking the beach.

The Villa has its own club, great facilities, such as a gym and massage room, sauna, steam room and a large Jacuzzi.
There is also a tennis court, a large private pool, a pool table and a private 12-seat movie theater.
