Villa Jamaica Montego Bay - ON PRIVATE BEACH IN A GATED COMMUNITY
VILLA situated on a 1/2-acre beach lot.
Rental party: 10 people.
Our gated community and beach are truly private; only guests to the properties are allowed on our beach. Staff included in the cost are a Cook, Housekeeper, House Lady/Man and Caretaker.

We also have another 6-bedroom beachfront villa right beside this villa Beachnut. Each villa has its own private pool. Renting both villas side by side is perfect for larger groups.

Many close by within 45 mins drive: DolfinCove, Dunn River Falls, Zipline, ATV tours, Whitewater tubing, Horse back riding etc.

MEALS & GROCERIES
The rental cost does not include meals and drinks. If you want the villa pre-stocked with groceries, I will email you a Grocery List Form to fill out which I would then forward to the supermarket. The supermarket will have the groceries delivered on check-in day. Then a representative from the supermarket will come to the villa and take payment via cash or credit card the day before you check-out.
Generally guests pre-order groceries for the first 4 days and plan meals for those first 4 days. After arriving at the villa guests then discuss future meals with the cook and have the cook order additional groceries.

From the supermarket: The cost per person per day is $35 - $50 USD depending on the groceries order.
