If you are looking for the perfect place to spend some relaxing days, with glorious ocean views, taking in the sunshine, close to great restaurants, bars and night life, in Holetown , (a short 5 minute drive away), then this villa is the place for you.

A spacious three bedroom, three bathroom, house located on the west coast, on the hill above The Lone Star; in a delightful, quiet area, adjacent to Sugar Hill, with fabulous ocean views, the property is located close to Royal Westmoreland and has a well maintained garden. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with the master bedroom and the second bedroom being en-suite. This villa sleeps six (6) with the existing bedding.

Coming into the house you have a lovely view of the ocean through the large glass windows. The spacious living area has comfortable couches. Back off the living area is a second, comfortable, air conditioned, lounge/media room equipped with fibre optic, high speed internet, wifi and Smart TV - this was added in January 2019

With a large swimming pool and the spectacular ocean views, who needs to be on a beach everyday? In saying that, the best is that the villa has beach access at the Beach Club, on the south side of Fairmont Royal Pavilion, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for 6 persons. Guests are welcome to use the Fairmont Beach Club facilities, which include a bar, food service and water sports, all payable locally.

The villa comes with a housekeeper once a week, to freshen the linens and towels and tidy up. Extra service can be provided, payable locally. The gardener comes in twice per week to keep the grounds tidy and the pool is serviced once per week.
