This five-bedroom home has constant sea breezes and ocean views in every direction. In addition to a spacious living room, 800' screened-in porch, big sun deck, and 3 bathrooms, there is a huge game/TV room and two other cozy TV and reading areas in different parts of the house.

The lower level has the big game/TV room with a multi-game table (air hockey, mini pool, etc), a full-size ping-pong table, TV, DVD player, and lots of board games. Additionally there is a large bedroom with two twin beds (and two trundle beds) that can sleep four children or be pushed together for a king. This bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. There's also a pack n play.

The main floor has a gorgeous corner living/dining room with an open, 'chef's dream of a kitchen' that is fully stocked and has 4 bar stools. There are five French doors leading out to the huge screened porch. The indoor dining table seats 8 and the outdoor dining area can seat 12 plus.

Off the screened porch is a vast sundeck with a full-size gas grill and breathtaking views. Also on the second floor is a master-size bedroom with king bed, washer/dryer closet, and a full bathroom off the hall.

The top floor has three bedrooms all with fabulous ocean views. (One queen, one king, and the third with two double beds.) The top floor also has a full bathroom, a computer desk, WIFI, and sitting area with a small TV and VHS player.

This villa is located in a charming community of only seven other stone houses, built in the 1940's for the first Premier of the Bahamas as a holiday retreat for his family and staff. Our house is the only home built more recently. It was totally renovated 5 years ago and redecorated just this year.

Wykee Estates has a gorgeous saline pool (very low chlorine) that we share with the other residents, but surprisingly is rarely used. The beach is magical!!

You will probably be the only people not only at the pool but on the gorgeous pink sand Atlantic beach as well. Both the pool and beach are just a few minute walk from the house or a 30-second golf cart ride (two golf carts come with the house).

We are in a great location just five minutes by car from the town of Governor's Harbour and eight minutes from the GHB airport. You can also walk five minutes or take the golf cart down the beach to the Sky Beach Club with its excellent restaurant, spectacular views and infinity pool with swim-up cocktail bar.

We have beautiful landscaping, mature fruit trees, hammocks, swings and tether ball. We have plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

The island is totally kicked back and relaxed. Leave your high heels at home along with your makeup... I don't even wear shoes to dinner. The adults can eat at several great beachfront restaurants while the kids run on the beach and play just steps away from your table.
