The apartment can sleeps four persons and can be rented as a One Bedroom except at Xmas/New Year. 
This comfortable apartment is fully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. 

The master bedroom is ensuite with a king bed, ceiling fan and a balcony. 
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king.  
The bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan.  
The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a combined shower and tub with a large double sink granite vanity.

The kitchen is well equipped.
The living area is air conditioned with a ceiling fan, internet TV and DVD player.
The large glass sliding doors leads out to the south facing balcony which is spacious, has ceiling fans,a seating area and a dining table seating six persons.  
Great place to sit and relax as the sun goes down while sipping a refreshing cocktail.

The apartment affords views of the pool, spacious gardens and there is an obstructed view of the ocean past the palm trees.
