A two bedroom apartment located on the second level (one up from ground floor) and sleeps 4 and the 5th person can be accommodated on a fold out a crib payable locally.
The apartment also be rented as a one bedroom except at Xmas/New Year.

The air conditioned en-suite master bedroom with ceiling fan has a king bed and a spacious balcony.
The second bedroom has two separate beds which can also be joined if needed as a king.
The second bathroom is located in the hallway .
Hair dryers are provided in both bedrooms.

The open plan living area is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped.
The living area has large comfortable sofa and arm chair.
The entertainment area has a flat screen Smart TV with internet channels.
Both the living area and the master bedroom lead out to the very spacious balcony which has a lovely ocean view.
Here is a dining table and a chaise lounge.
The balcony has a lovely view of the extensive gardens, pool and the ocean through the towering coconut trees.
