The Villa stands elegantly in the very heart of the Valdichiana, near Arezzo and Cortona, on the top of a hill that dominates a landscape Tuscan par excellence, dotted with ancient villages drowned in the greenery.
This is an old typical country house, lovingly renovated with attention to detail, and respecting its original character: the owners have carefully selected old materials - terracotta floor, pieta stone masonry serena, and heavy wooden beams, all combined with precious and antique furniture and materials of very high quality.
Everything here exudes an elegant and exclusive atmosphere.
The Villa has eight rooms, all furnished in a different style: some of them offer a suite with lounge, fireplace and whirlpool tub, and all are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, mini bar and internet connection.
Outside, the two hectares of land are converted into a Tuscan park planted with olive trees and decorated with a beautiful swimming pool in a panoramic position. But the Villa has more to offer its guests: a heated indoor pool with a counter-current system, a hydro-massage system and a sauna.
Everything has been thought for an unforgettable stay. And if you want to put your nose outside for visits, the location of the Villa allows you to easily reach the main cities of art and history of the region (Florence, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano, Assisi, Gubbio, etc ...).

We absolutely loved the villa and our stay there. When we walked in we were surprised by the wonderful views out of the back of the house and out to the pool. The living areas were comfortable and we made use of the large dining table that was able to accommodate our whole group (18 people). We also loved the kitchen and were thankful that we were allowed to use it (we've rented villas before that did not let you use the large kitchens). We ate breakfast out in the glass sunroom every morning and swam in the pool everyday. The villa has everything you need to make it a great vacation. We would definitely consider renting this villa again. The transactions all went smoothly and everyone affiliated with your company and the villa were very helpful and nice.

Les chambres étaient vraiment belles. L'ensemble de l'environnement à la campagne est grandiose. Avoir une piscine intérieure et une extérieure était fabuleux. De belles promenades à faire autour de la villa. Des mesures rapides ont été prises lorsque nous avions un petit souci.
