The Villa is a beautiful luxury house built in 2012 among the hills to approx. 35km from Florence, near Caiano .
The interiors are carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort to guarantee guests a successful stay for their holidays in Tuscany. Quiet position. With its 3 bedrooms and its different common areas, this villa can accommodate up to 6 people in a luxurious and suggestive setting.
This Villa is inserted in a beautiful landscape of typical Tuscan hills. A very nice well-kept garden, rich in plants and flowers with private pool and solarium (parasol, deck chairs) is an ideal place to relax or refresh with family or friends during the warmer days. A barbecue area and terraces (tables, chairs) will allow you to dine al fresco while admiring the magnificent panoramic view that extends over the hills and the surrounding countryside.
The Villa enjoys an ideal geographical position for a holiday of rest, relaxation and tranquility with the possibility to discover all the characteristic parts of Tuscany such as: Chianti, Casentino, Valdarno; cities of art: Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pisa, Lucca; and small towns; Barberino di Mugello, Borgo San Lorenzo, Stia; and neighboring Umbria.

Our family (6 adults) spent a week atthe Villa in June 2018. It's hard to imagine a more idyllic setting for our vacation in Italy. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time here! The setting itself was stunning - incredible view, beautiful gardens, lovely home with everything we needed and more (like olive oil made from the trees nearby). There were so many activities right at the home, but it was also a great jumping off point to visit Florence, Siena, and vineyards. We still reminisce about this wonderful spot - dinners al fresco on the veranda, listening to the sheep bells tinkling, smelling sun warmed lavender. My family would highly recommend staying here. I hope we're able to return someday.

J'ai séjourné à la Villa à deux occasions diffferentes, avec différentes personnes . Les deux fois, tout le monde dans le groupe a aimé le séjour et la maison ! La maison était impeccable et très confortable. Les jardins et la maison sont magnifiques: le charme à l'ancienne mais avec tout le confort moderne. La vue est imbattable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

Le cadre spectaculaire d'une carte postale d'exception. Une superbe maison avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, les vallées et la nuit les lumières de Firenze. Situation iodéale aussi pour les visites de vignobles. La nourriture de la région était extraordinaire tout comme le vin. Quel endroit magnifique !
