Old stone farmhouse, located in panoramic position, it enjoys a splendid view over the Chiana Valley and the old church of Santa Maria delle Grazie al Calcinaio.
The region of Cortona and Valdichiana located in the heart of an often unknown historical Tuscany concentrates all the natural, historical and gastonomic resources typical of this beautiful province.

The Villa guarantees comfort and discretion and offers a swimming pool where to spend precious moments of relaxation with friends or family; a large garden to welcome guests with a barbecue area that will make your stay unique during the summer and spring; and a fireplace to liven up the atmosphere during the cold season. Pleasant location near Cortona, a beautiful little medieval town of Etruscan origin. The property has recently been restructured with taste and care, respecting the characteristics of the original architecture and materials (terracotta brick floors, ...) and transformed into an independent villa. Comfortable furnishings in typical Tuscan rustic style with some old pieces.
Air conditioning available in all rooms located on the first floor.
Access via an unpaved road in good condition.

At guests' disposal: panoramic garden terraces and small stone pool (about 4 x 3.5 m - open from 15/04 to 15/10) with hydromassage and small waterfalls. Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Extra services to ask at the time of booking: domestic help (€ 15, - / h.), Baby cot, access to the laundry on request (washing machine and iron). On request an iron and washing machine are available in a laundry room. Air conditioning.

DESCRIPTION OF INTERIORS
Ground floor: entrance, living room (TV Sat) with fireplace, dining area and access to a second small living room (air conditioning and French window on the outside) with double sofa bed (free use for one person - € 80, - / week for the second person) and access to the sleeping area composed of: a room with a single bed and private bathroom with bathtub (hydromassage), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with fireplace and dining area.

1st floor (access via a stone exterior staircase): double bedroom (air conditioning), bedroom with 2 single beds (air conditioning), bathroom with shower (hydromassage).
