For lovers of the sea and the countryside this beautiful Villa is the ideal place. Situated on a hillside, near the village of Capezzano Monte, La Villa enjoys the proximity of shops and a restaurant within walking distance, and the town of Pietrasanta just 6 km, known as "Little Athene" for the numerous international artists who lived there from the nineteenth century and the long tradition of marble work (among others Fernando Botero, Igor Mitoraj, Kan Yasuda). Pietrasanta is today considered as one of the most elegant cultural centers in Italy, with more than 50 art galleries, shops, wine shops, restaurants and cultural events such as exhibitions, concerts and festivals. The coast of Versilia and Viareggio (10 km), protected by the Apuan Alps, offer remarkable beaches with attractions and nightlife. From the house and especially the infinity pool, spectacular views to the sea, the Elba Island to the Cinque Terre.

The house has been recently restored and furnished in a comfortable way (each room has its own bathroom). The character of the old stone farm has been preserved thanks to the use of sustainable materials and ecological techniques such as geothermal heating. The height position always guarantees a pleasant breeze in summer. and the covered terrace (45 square meters, with sliding doors on each side and two air conditioners) is perfect for al fresco diners or for moments of rest with family or friends.
