The Villa is a charming residence with private pool near the coast (Versilia). It is only 5 minutes away from the lively city of Pietrasanta - famous for its marble sculpture production and renowned for being a gathering place for artists from all over the world. The city has retained its charm and has not been invaded by mass tourism like many other coastal cities. Today, it is also renowned for its many contemporary art galleries, shops and good restaurants.
The Villa surrounded by a splendid terraced garden stands on the heights and offers a panoramic view to the sea from the Gulf of La Spezia to the Cinque Terre, a breathtaking panorama at sunset by the pool - with Jacuzzi - and from the outside dining area.
The property is composed of 2 units on 2 different levels of the garden terraces: the main house can accommodate 8 people and the dependence can accommodate 2. The interior of the property has been furnished with great taste and with all the necessary comfort . - each room has its own private area, which allows groups and families to spend time together while keeping their privacy.
A couple of permanent residents live in a separate unit of the estate and do their utmost to ensure guests a totally relaxing stay. They have been working in this house for many years and they will be a great support during your stay. They can provide a catering service at an additional cost.

Une merveilleuse semaine à Pietrasanta et environs, sur la base d'un accueil extraordinaire , La Villa est décorée avec goût, propre et en excellent état, avec une vue sur la campagne et la mer d'un côté et un spectaculaire coucher de soleil sur l'autre. Couple de résidents (habitant àl l'écart) toujours disponibles et très discret. Je le recommande vivement.

Questa Villa è ideale per qualsiasi tipologia di vacanza, sia come base per mete vicine (Forte dei Marmi è a due passi) sia per restare in zona nella bellissima cittadina di Pietrasanta, molto caratteristica e ben frequentata. La casa è molto grande, spaziosa, pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili e si adoperano per non far mancare mai nulla. Ci tornerò con la mia famiglia sicuramente.

It is a dream Villa with views from all windows. Everything is within easy reach by bike, bus or car!
