Spectacular Mallorcan style property located in the rural environment of Sant Joan. It has breathtaking views of the Mallorca Plain. The house is brand new and can accommodate 12 - 14 people comfortably.

The exteriors of this villa with total privacy, which are surrounded by pine trees, are very nice and well cared for. In the property there is a private lawn area of 70m2, which is fenced and is ideal for children to play outdoors safely. There is a 7x4m overflowing salt pool with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.85m. Around the pool has a paved area of 150m2 in which there are 12 sun loungers for sunbathing under the sun of Mallorca. In the same area, next to the pool, you will find a terrace of 18m2 furnished and partially covered by a candle in which you can enjoy an aperitif with friends or family. It also has another furnished terrace of 73 m2 where you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your loved ones. In the part of the main entrance of the house has a paved area furnished. On the outside of the property has a mobile barbecue to enjoy the kitchen outdoors, parking for 5 vehicles and 1 outdoor shower.

The fantastic and spacious living room with fireplace and air conditioning is the perfect place to rest and relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book. Virtually every room has an exit to the outside. The spacious and furnished dining room is independent and is the perfect place to enjoy pleasant moments with family and friends. The kitchen, also independent and furnished, is perfect to give free rein to your imagination to cook your best dishes, including vitro ceramics. In the house there is a specific room for the laundry where you will find 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.

In this house you can rest in 7 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the rest with two single beds. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and another four on the basement. The seventh bedroom only opens if you pay a supplement per night and person. All bedrooms have a wardrobe or dressing room, except the one with a double bed on the ground floor, which does not have a wardrobe. In the house there are 5 bathrooms. Three of them are en suite and all are with shower. Two in the PB and the rest in the basement, and one of them also annexed. In this fantastic house they have access to 1 cot, air conditioning in all rooms and 6 radiators for the coldest months.

This finca is situated in the quiet rural area of Sant Joan, offering very good and clear views. Less than 10 minutes away by car are the villages of San Joan and Vilafranca de Bonany, which stand out for their farming tradition (so you can buy high quality fruit and vegetables). A mere 20 min. drive will take you to Manacor. This is one of the most important villages on the island and there you will have access to all the services you may need. Among other things, Manacor stands out for its pearl factory (Perlas Majórica), local product shops and furniture shops. On the other hand, on Mondays and Saturday mornings there is a market and this creates a great atmosphere in the village. In this area you can also easily access the Drach Caves and the Hams Caves, which are an important tourist attraction in the area.
