The traditional villa is on one level built around the pool with lots of space inside and a very pleasant garden on the outside.
A very comfortable air conditioned villa with a lot of individual charm and character.

ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation consists of a very large living/dining/bar room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen TV and open fire place. There are patio doors leading from here to the pool terrace and gardens.
Off from this room is the good sized and well equipped kitchen.

The six bedrooms lead off from the hallway as follows:
Master Bedroom - King sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom
Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Three twin bedded rooms that can be zipped together to make large twins beds and all are ensuite.
One of these rooms contain a built in safe.
One twin bedded room with the additional of small bunk beds. This room is suitable for up to 4 children.

Outside there is a dining area with gas barbecue and terraces.
The mature garden is well kept with palms and various shrubs.
The pool is surrounded by a perspex gated fence for safety and with optional pool heating.
The garden leads down to the edge of the golf course but still maintains privacy.
