Spacious well furnished living/dining area with separate TV room with cinema / sky satellite TV and DVD. Sliding doors lead from the lounge to a balcony with staircase down through the terraced garden to the pool. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

The bedrooms consist of one master twin bedroom (beds together) on the same level as the lounge, with en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. A staircase leads down to the other 3 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with separate shower and inter-connecting single bedroom, one other twin with en-suite shower room and one further twin with adjacent bathroom. All the bedrooms on this lower level have doors to the terrace leading down to the pool ( gated area)

The large rectangular pool (10 x 5m) which is set down a flight of stairs from the villa, has steps into the shallow end and is surrounded by pool terracing with a built-in BBQ. The pool includes a child safety fence/gate separating the swimming area from the rest of the garden and villa.
