Algarve Luxury Villa Holiday Rental Quinta do Lago, spacious and comfortable, close to the lake in a very attractive large plot. The lawned garden of this Portugal Luxury Villa Rental overlooks the 17th hole of Quinta Golf. There is air conditioning throughout, table tennis, cable TV, wifi internet and a large, private heated pool, 11m x 5m.

ACCOMMODATION:
Entrance from the cobbled drive is to the entrance hall with a couple of steps leading down to the living room with three sofas around a coffee table and further armchairs. Sliding doors lead out to the covered upper terrace and table tennis, and there is a separate TV area with armchairs, flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD. The formal dining area has a long table for up to 10 people and leads out to the outside dining terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge-freezer (with ice dispenser), microwave, oven, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine and electric hobs, granite worktops and breakfast table. There is a separate utilitiy room with washing machine and dryer.

There are four bedrooms. Upstairs, the master suite takes up the whole of the first floor, with double bed, TV, wardrobe and safe. Sliding doors lead onto the private first floor balcony. The bathroom is large with bath and separate shower, and his and hers washbasins.

On the ground floor is the second bedroom suite, of equivalent quality to the master, with double bed, TV and DVD. It also has a separate dressing area, en suite bathroom with large corner bath and shower. Doors lead out to the covered terrace. The third and fourth bedrooms have sliding doors to the garden and pool, bedroom 3 having twin single beds and a bathroom en suite, and bedroom 4 a double bed with shower room en suite.

Outdoors: the large plot enjoys nice views of the golf and extensive lawned gardens. To the side of the villa is the covered dining terrace with long table, ratan dining chairs and built-in barbecue. Overlooking the pool is a long shaded terrace to sit and read or enjoy evening drinks. The pool is private, 11m long approximately, with steps and good modern pool furniture. The pool can be heated at extra cost.
