This villa is located on a tranquil road with ample parking space.

The main door welcomes you into a cool space from where the Villa's bedrooms emerge on each side.
The first bedroom offers a double bed with an outdoor space leading into an internal courtyard.
Another double bedroom can be found across the hallway with an en suite bathroom.
An additional bedroom equipped with two single beds.
The fourth and final bedroom sleeps three persons in its three single beds.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and 3 of them feature an outside area leading onto the main internal yard.

The main attraction on this level is surely the indoor pool area complete with sauna for the ultimate spa experience.
Being on the ground floor, this level remains cool even during the warmest times of the day.
Up the stairs and onto the first floor, you find yourself into the modern, contemporary space which is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
A family bathroom with shower can also be found on this floor.
An outdoor courtyard runs along the side of the living and dining area.
One also finds another front door in the living area, for easier access from the outside of the Villa.

The terrace is a splendid area of which the swimming pool takes the main stage.
A convenient BBQ area ideal for Al fresco dining is located just off of the pool area.
