Very nice holiday home with private pool, on large fenced garden, in Saint-Restitut, in a wonderful village at the gates of Provence.Nice contemporary, fully air-conditioned, built under the pines, in a residential area backed by the hill and surrounded by fields of lavender and vines, it has a beautiful view of the village of Drôme Provençale.Bright and modern, its beautifully landscaped exteriors also offer a shaded petanque ground. A beautiful covered terrace with a large table will welcome you for delicious meals à la plancha.The swimming pool, set in a beautiful sunny terrace, is visible from each room of the house. The interior of the house is superbly laid out, with a clean design and ogies, high-quality furniture and a kitchen with cupboards. You will enjoy the coolness especially during summer. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and an office closed by a curtain will allow you to comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Outside the house, a perfect annex for a young couple or anyone looking for a little more privacy, consisting of a wooden cabana with washbasin and bed for two people, has a small terrace equipped for quiet lunch near the old vineyard. The perched village of Saint-Restitut seems carved in stone, accessible by a small bridge, seemingly jealously reserve the calm of its steep streets to the luckiest. Indeed, the village is not a place of passage, it is indeed a destination in its own right. Through this enchanting maze, at the bend of a beautiful shaded square, discover charming facades and a sumptuous church, as well as renowned restaurants. A few kilometers away, the pretty towns of Saint-Paul 3 Castles or Bollène offer all the amenities but it is primarily for the landscapes of its unspoiled nature that we choose to stay. The most active will not be left out, with many hiking trails, walking, cycling or mountain biking, the beautiful Golf Clansayes, climbing sites, fishing spots in the river or lake (in Lapalud) , the descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche in Canoe Kayak 30 minutes, and several equestrian centers. Visit the splendid castles of Suze-la-Rousse, home to the University of Wine, or that of Grignan, beautifully restored. Follow the Côtes du Rhône village road to the famous Mont-Ventoux, and bring bottles of the world's best wines, such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape or Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise.
