This lightfilled modern villa situated 15kms from Bergerac is single storey & open plan style. A dominating, southside wall of glass leads directly onto a large terrace & private swimming pool, with adjacent BBQ area all are fabulously placed for lapping up the sun & eating al-fresco. Both double bedrooms have ample storage space & wall mounted televisions. The 3rd double bed is a convertable sofa found at the far end of the open living room. An oversized bathroom with double sinks & seperate toilet are equally found off this area. Fantasically situated for visiting the many chateaux/ wine tasting/ gourmet cuisine & historical sites this part of the Perigord is so well known for.The large gated plot is shared with the delightfully courteous French owner who lives onsite in the middle property on the opposite side of the driveway, who tends daily to his flock of sheep, donkeys & wildfowl family in adjoining, fenced fields.guests are most welcome to visit & feed the animals at any time during their stay. A second holiday house is also situated onsite next to the owners home but everyone can be sure of privacy whether indoors or out. Bergerac riverside town ( 15kms) Monbazillac Chateau & vineyards (15kms) Eymet beautiful bastide town ( 24kms)
