The fenced garden is an oasis of calm and freshness thanks to its lush vegetation and its lockable gate. There is no traffic in the immediate vicinity. The private pool is heated on request and at extra charge between May 1st and October 31st and has a Roman staircase, lighting and a solar blanket. Thanks to its electric convectors, its chimney with a circulation system of water and a good insulation, the house is welcoming in any season. You can access the outside from a spacious living / dining room, comfortably furnished, thanks to a large bay window with a beautiful view. The large master bedroom is air conditioned and has its own bathroom. For your peace of mind, all rooms have a mosquito net.
