With its 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people; it has been recently renovated with luxury equipment and furniture, complemented by rustic accents such as exposed stone interior walls.

The villa is located in a quiet area with stunning views of the mountains, a few minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

On the ground floor there is a modern and elegant kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances for your comfort: oven, hob, microwave, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, there is also an island with a bar where you can chat with other people while preparing a meal and a magnificent view of the gardens and a large dining area with a large round table and 8 sitting chairs. The very spacious living space has been tastefully decorated, and features a smart TV flat screen where you can watch a movie in the evening on the comfortable sofa or relax with your friends and family while enjoying the beautiful view of the terrace through the impressive floor-to-ceiling glass doors. From the living room, you can access the first bedroom en-suite, which has its own access to the patio thanks to elegant glass doors.

Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all equipped with plenty of storage and wardrobes, 2 bedrooms with balconies, allowing you to fully enjoy nature and mountain views, and 1 bedroom with luxurious bathtub.

There are several outdoor terraces with tables for outdoor dining, an attractive private pool to cool off or have fun with children, the sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing and making the most of the Mallorcan climate, plus there is a chill out and a children's area and Wendy's house for the little ones. Please note that the pool can also be closed on request.
