Villa with private swimming pool in Moraira (Costa Blanca) close to the beach and all its amenities for 16 people. Villa recommended for families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday without using the car.
The villa is located only 900 m from the main beach of Moraira, the village centre and promenade. The villa has several open and covered terraces with barbecue and solarium.
The villa is composed of 2 independent floors connected by an external staircase and has an interior surface of 260 m2 on a plot of 1,400 m2.

Ground floor: living-dining room with TV/tnt and exit to a terrace and swimming pool.
Open kitchen with gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils.

A short distance will give you access to the sandy beach "playa de la ampolla" (0.9 km) as well as to the centre of Moraira, supermarkets and walks (0.9 km).
Parking in the same plot for 4-5 cars.

Observations : Domestic animals d´un Weight less than 12 kg are allowed. Extra cost of 40€/stay. It is possible to accommodate an additional person. Extra cost of 84€ per week/person.
