Ideal villa for families and groups close to the sandy beach called "La Fustera", the supermarket and restaurants. The villa has a closed and gardened plot of approx. 800 m² with an interior surface area of approx. 300 m² spread over 2 floors.

Main floor : (access by stairs). Living / dining room with televisión by Satellite/TNT, and exit to a covered terrace (with views to the sea, the Peñon de Ifach and the swimming pool), a bbq area and swimming pool.

Fully equipped independent kitchen, with ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and other kitchen utensils.

A short distance will give you easy access to the sandy beach "La Fustera" (900 m), the fine sandy beach and Promenade Maritime de Calpe "Levante" (2.5 km), the centre of Calpe (4.5 km) and the supermarket (700 m).
