Park with olive trees, pomegranates and cork oak trees surrounded by formal gardens with inside open air area with solarium & swimming pool (mt 14,25 x mt 5 deep 1,40 open from the end of May till October 4th). Separate large open air uncovered parking at the end of the main entrance.

The villa has : n.3 Livings, Library, sofas and fireplace, Studio, Dining Room with a dining table for 22 people, n.4 Master queen size Bedrooms with ensuite n.4 Bathrooms (one of the Master Bedrooms has ensuite also a small Single Bedroom) + n. 2 Master king size Bedrooms (or twin beds) with ensuite n.2 Bathrooms. The 4 Master Bedrooms and the smaller queen size Bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower only) are all on the first floor (19 steps) and n.2 Master double Bedrooms are on the ground floor where there are also n. 1 toilet for Guests, a large kitchen, and a large laundry & storage.
The holiday luxury villa can accommodate to sleep in total a maximum of n. 19 people between adults and kids, that means Max n.14 of Guests adults + 2 kids (3/16y) + n.2 kids (0/3y) + n.1 culla (0/3 months).
