Our Riad is a guest house with swimming pool and orange trees, in the medina of Marrakech, perfect for family or romantic holidays.
We are ideally located in the traditional Berrima district (Badii Palace, Royal Palace, tinsmiths square, the old Jewish quarter, Bahia Palace ...) and only a 15-minute walk from Jemaa el Fna square, passing by the famous district of Riad Zitoun el-Jedid and Riad Zitoun el-Kedim streets.
Also close to the Bab Hmar gate, this location allows very quick access to the golf courses around Marrakech, and to easily take advantage of the many excursion possibilities.
It is a large typical guest house built around 3 patios, the first with orange trees which perfume in the spring, the second with a swimming pool, and the third for the reception, the restaurant and the Moroccan cooking workshops; traditional house, the zelliges of origins give it an atmosphere of another time. The overall decoration is sober, relaxing and refined.
The Riad offers 11 air-conditioned rooms, with private bathroom, which can be rented individually, or exclusively for groups of up to 25 adults. We are known to be excellent value for money.
The Riad also has 4 Moroccan lounges, including 1 with a fireplace, perfect for rest and meals, or for partying. A superb terrace with relaxation area and solarium offers a breathtaking view of the roofs of the medina and the Atlas peaks.
