This unique property with heated pool offers a splendid view over Florence and its many beauties. Characterized by large rooms and vibrant colors, spectacular luxury details and a fine furniture, the Villa is located in an ancient and prestigious Florentine estate, one of the most luxurious accommodations we can offer in the area.
The Villa offers a rural setting with many high-level amenities: grass tennis court, soccer court, bowling court, heated pool, historic vaulted living rooms furnished in upscale Florentine style, terracotta-tiled floors, and even original frescoes. The garden of the villa is a real park with century-old trees, amazing flowers and an original tower with a unique view to the surroundings of Florence.
The ground floor of the Villa displays an outdoor dining area, a spacious hall and a living room, a TV room with French windows opening onto the garden, a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room for sixteen people; in addition, a double bedroom with private bathroom.
Upper floor: two double bedrooms, each one with its own en-suite bathroom; and four double bedrooms with king-size bed and private bathroom.
Mezzanine level: double bedroom with private bathroom.
Tower: breathtaking living room with four windows, offering a 360-degree view to the splendid surroundings.
Garden: private heated pool (12x5 m) and terrace with vegetable garden, where you will choose the fresh vegetables for your meals.
Air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, wireless internet connection both in the internal and external areas, barbecue, coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, tea pot, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
This villa is very large and can accommodate up to sixteen guests in its 600 square meters of living space and 720-hectare park.
